Le Nussbaum is first and foremost a warm, user-friendly and welcoming place away from the urban bustle where we share moments of complicity in the countryside. It’s a breath of fresh air and small pleasures kind of getaway…
And since recharging doesn’t necessarily mean being cut off from the world, you have access to the internet all throughout the house.
THE HOUSE ... THE INTERIOR
Inside, enjoy moments of complicity in the large room, an open space of 100 m2, around the closed fireplace in the living room. Cook up your best recipes in the kitchen and enjoy them in the dining room, there is room for large tables, with all the smala!

Open to the living room & the dining room, it is very well equipped: enough to make feasts, or to embark on pastry activities on rainy days!
Some equipment: oven, hood, ceramic hob, refrigerators, microwave oven, Kenwood robot, espresso coffee maker, classic coffee maker, toaster, large casseroles, frying pans, gratin and pie dishes, raclette machines, etc.

S 'Starnestuwa, "the room of the stars", because one sleeps there "heavenly" well. Room with a view of the vegetation and the interior courtyard.

After the bedroom door, an old wooden staircase brings you to this cozy nest. Close together, the 2 beds form a king size bed

"The Alcove", a room in the heart of half-timbered buildings with a view of the sky and the village. Its large volume is quite surprising in a traditional Alsatian house.
BEDROOM 4
1st floor _ 22 m2 _1 Queen size bed, an office area, 1 baby bed (mobile),
S'Schnapskammerle or “the old schnapps granary”. The presence of the mud wall between beams makes this room very special.

A LITTLE CORNER FOR EVERYONE ...
1st floor: A small space with soft lighting with a sofa.
On the ground floor: A library to share (you take a book, you leave another), school benches for students, board games, a free space to display a puzzle of 5000 pieces!
BATHROOM
Ground floor: ideal for lounging in the large freestanding bathtub or soaking all the children in the same bath! A wooden stepladder is used to dry the towels.
I found a mini enameled bathtub to put the washing creams and shampoos there, or why not bathe the dolls.
BATHROOM & WC
1st floor: you can take your ease in the XXL shower, and heat your towels in season in the radiator niche.
BATHROOM
1 separate toilet on the ground floor, another upstairs in the bathroom.
THE LAUNDRY & SUMMER KITCHEN
On the ground floor
Fresh room all year round, it is particularly suitable for storing shopping, wine, fruits and vegetables from the market….
A freezer, a second dishwasher, and for your laundry, a washing machine and a dryer. A toilet.
A cupboard with outdoor games: boules (ground 50m away in the village), rackets and ping-pong balls, etc.
ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
Arrival after 2 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.
Or WE stay (from Friday to Sunday): arrival after 5 p.m. - departure before 5 p.m.
- the keys will be given to you directly when you arrive.
- in the event of absence or late arrival, the key is available in a box for autonomous arrival (location communicated after booking).
HOUSE MANUAL
A sheet with most of the information awaits you on site (operation of the house, nearby shops, small producers, collection of bins, etc.).

The house is to be left perfectly clean when you leave. If you opt for this cleaning service, we take care of the cleaning, you just have to tidy up the house and remove the linen from the beds.

KIDS & TEENS FRIENDLY

Children are numerous and invade the place, that's life!
They will enjoy playing in the yard: between the swings, the sandbox, the small pedal tractor, the watering cans and basins to play with water in summer.
An indoor cotton swing will rock the little ones during a nap.
With the little cart, nothing is simpler than taking the little ones for a picnic ...
Large open spaces on the hill allow teens to try their hand at kites. The ping-pong table or the pétanque court in the village also allows group games to be played.
For their happiness and yours, practical equipment such as barriers will prevent little climbers from using the stairs.
Crockery for "little hands", a changing table and mat, two cots with mattresses, etc. are available.
